1. Choose the size of your nameplate.

Select the plaque size that will work best with your frame (click on the link above to view our plaque sizes).  The nameplate should not overpower the frame or the art.  We recommend sketching and cutting out the dimensions of the nameplate you believe will work best and hold it up to the frame.  Once you have decided on the size you want, you now need to decide on the content, such as the title and artist's name, and font selection.

 If you require a large amount of text on your nameplate, please e-mail or call us so that we can help you to choose the appropriate size.

2. Choosing information for your plaque.

Choose the specific information to appear on each line of your nameplate.  All of our nameplates, except size A, will accommodate at least three lines of text.  Please keep in mind that the more words you use, the smaller the print must be and the harder it will be for the viewer to read.

3. Choose the font for your plaque.

The font you choose is a matter of personal taste.  It is important to note that there is no universal formula for this process.  

Many times people are unsure if they have made the right font decision.  You will receive a proof of your nameplate via e-mail with a .pdf attachment, or by fax, which you must review and approve before we begin the production phase.  We will be happy to make any changes before we begin the process of producing your nameplate.  Your satisfaction is our highest priority!

Delivery

All orders are custom made.  Please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for completion after you have approved your proof. Extremely large orders and orders where many revisions are made to your proof during the pre-production phase may require additional time.  We recommend that you contact us via phone or e-mail for an estimate of your order's completion time.  Depending on our sales volume, which varies during the year, we may be able to complete your order faster than the general estimate provided above.

All orders are shipped USPS Prioirty Mail unless otherwise requested via e-mail or by phone.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not produce nameplates that include discriminatory language.
